About

I've spent the past 17 years in sales with 10 being in leadership. Early on in my career I went through Enterprise Rent-A-Cars top ranked sales and management training. After winning many awards and ranking #1 out of 600 reps, I got into leadership. It was a turnaround opportunity managing 16 team members. We successfully turned around the largest location in the country and got multiple team members promoted.Since then I led the turnaround of a regional commercial furniture business scaling it from $4MM to $14MM while increasing our average margins by 100%.The next 3 positions were in early seed stage start ups. I led those teams while building the playbook. I've managed Enterprise Account Executives along with a team of Sales Development Reps. I led GTM strategy & execution which included getting legislation passed in multiple cities, the largest being Nashville, TN.
